Last Sunday was so fun! We had a great time at the Yoder’s. I hope you were able to connect and deepen some friendships!
We live in a moment where conflict is a content strategy. Rage-baiting gets more clicks than kindness and taking someone down gets more engagement than building someone up. The world has decided that fighting is more interesting than peace. And most of us have absorbed that without even noticing.
This week we’re returning back to Collide, our series looking at the Beatitudes, and we’re in Matthew 5:9-12.
In a world that rewards the loudest, the most aggressive, the most willing to fight in all the wrong ways, Jesus looks at it all and says blessed are the ones who work for peace.
