Hey Dive!
This Sunday, we're kicking off a new four-week series called “The Last Words of Jesus.” Throughout this series, we’ll look at three stories that recount the final words Jesus offered before His crucifixion and one where Jesus shared His final instructions to His disciples (and us!) before ascending into Heaven. Our culture places lots of value on someone's last words. It's like getting a glimpse into what mattered most to that person. This week we'll look at Mark 15:34 - "My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?"
What is Jesus saying here? What makes this line significant? And what does it mean for us? There's a lot to unpack. So join us Sunday night at 6pm!
