Come join us on December 12 at Bethel Bible Chapel for our Shelburne Christmas Party!

Come wearing an ugly Christmas sweater (or a nice one), Christmas socks, a Santa hat, or anything else festive! We'll have a bunch of games and pizza, so invite a friend and make sure you're ready to dive in for some fun while we celebrate the birth of our Saviour!

Come join us for a special night as we celebrate the birth of Jesus! 

Dress up fancy or come in your favourite ugly Christmas sweater if you can, as we have a nice dinner with dessert and drinks that are served to the students while they partake in some games, a short movie, and some raffle prizes too!

For the past 25 years, these retreats have become landmark experiences for thousands of teenagers on their spiritual journey. This is one of the most anticipated and impactful weekends that students experience as it brings together fun, great teaching, spiritual growth, awesome food, and crazy activities. Our hope is that this becomes a “must do” experience for our students, as it is a place where the value of the local church meets the uniqueness of being part of a larger faith family.

Cost is $220/person and includes travel by bus, accommodations and food for the weekend. We'll leave around 6pm on Friday and return around 4pm on Sunday from the Orangeville site. 

If needed, we can stop at Superburger on Hwy 10 and Hwy 89 to pick up any students from Shelburne or to drop them off on our way back. Please let me know if this is your plan so that we can stop there.

We are especially excited for this event and special service as we get to witness and celebrate some friends and family declaring Jesus Christ as their Saviour!

We are strong believers in the value and lifelong impact that Short Term Mission Experiences can have on a person. One of our goals is to participate in the transformation of a community for the Kingdom of God. While on mission, we are able to work towards the goal of transformation by building relationships, working side by side with locals and supporting Kingdom work with our resources. 

We are excited to be returning to Windsor this year to partner with the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative again. More details will come as we get closer. 

While this experience is geared towards Junior High students (grades 6-8), we have Senior High students (grades 9-12) participate as leaders. If you have any questions, you can email me at [email protected].

We are excited to be returning to the Dominican Republic to partner with The Lighthouse Projects for 2025! We have developed an incredible friendship over the years with The Lighthouse team who are locals from the Dominican Republic that want to bring the good news of Jesus through serving their communities. This would include building water purification centers, churches, schools, and much more! The teams we send down primarily help with these building projects, but are also given the opportunity to help some students in ESL classes and sometimes run some games or activities with other youth groups or bible study groups.

Even though this experience isn't until August of 2025, we still encourage those interested to apply sooner rather than later, that way we can plan appropriately and start to meet together as a team to build a strong relationship beforehand.
