HSM Timber-Lee Winter Retreat

WinterXtreme is Timber-lee’s winter retreat program for youth groups. Weekends are set up with the goal of taking care of every detail so that youth leaders and sponsors can maximize their time with students. We cover the details of food, a speaker, the worship band, community-building activities, and staff. You bring your junior or senior high students to play, eat, sleep, facilitate discussion, and warm up by the fire after the outdoors! winterXtreme allows you to strengthen the relationships in your group and see lives develop and grow.
Winter Retreat Helpful Info
What to Bring:-Sleeping bag, sheets, pillow, blanket, etc.
-Toiletries and towel
-Winter jacket, boots, and snow gear
-Warm clothes for lots of layering
-Cash for apparel or snacks (optional)
-Bible
-Snacks (optional)
Departure & Return
Friday:
Arrive at WSBC by 4:30pm so we can pack up the van, say our goodbyes, and pray. If you still have paperwork or payment due please arrive by 4:15pm. Our goal is to be on the road by 5pm. The camp is about 2 hours from WSBC.
Sunday:
We plan to return to WSBC by 1pm Sunday, but we will have your student reach out by phone or text once we hit the road.
