Ignite--July 15 - 20

We are currently low on sign-ups for the trampoline park. Currently, 7 students are signed up and we need at least 10 to receive the group discount and enable us to have the event. If you are interested in participate please make sure you get signed up ASAP. Dane will check numbers in the early afternoon and make the decision whether we will have the activity or not, based on the numbers.

Trip details are that we will leave church at 5:45pm and return to church by 8:15pm. The cost for the trampoline park is $15 for 2 hours of jump time. Sign up today!

Come hangout with us over Breakfast. We will gather at Breakfast Time (on Lewisville Clemmons Rd) at 10am and be done by 11:15am. Our hour together to meant to be down time to check in and see how everyone's summer is going. Good food + Good people = Good times. So come join us and see what it's like. Sign up today!

In a week Wild Wednesday goes to Breakout in Greensboro to see if we have what it takes to breakout with hints and resources provided to get out of the room before time ends. In order to ensure that everyone has a spot to play we need everyone signed up by Friday of this week. Due to the sign up being first come first serve we need to sign up for the time slots soon. Please be sure to sign up so we can make the reservations! It's going to be an awesome night. 

We are looking to have students knowledgeable and ready to help with tech needs of the youth ministry and support the ministry in this capacity. There are some really fun, interactive, and exciting things we can do through tech but we need students who are willing to be trained to run all of the technology. We offer our first training on July 22nd at 5pm. The topics that will be covered during the trainings are: running tech in the youth place, setup/take down of KidNection tech, creating presentations through media shout. If you are a 9th grader or in middle school this is a great opportunity to prepare you to help with tech for the church once you are in 10th grade. If you are older this training could help you join the churchwide tech team or still be a great ministry for you to assist the youth ministry, and a great way to guide younger students. Students of all youth ages are welcome to sign up!

Bring those water bottle packs! We have another week to be bringing in the water bottle packs and changing the lives of others in our community with the simplest thing, water.

Students and staff spend a week together working hard to learn music, grow spiritually, and give of themselves in ministry across the state of North Carolina. During the week, the group has the opportunity to learn and live out the theme, “Foundation,” based on 1 Corinthians 3:11, reminding us “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid which is Jesus Christ.”  This year Sierra Browning has joined this group of talented singers as they sing and participate in missions throughout the state. Please be in prayer for this group of youth! They will lead us in worship on Sunday morning for the 10:45am service. We hope you will plan on being present to support them and worship through their music.
