IMPACT Fundraising is honored to help our Youth Group raise the funds that are needed to pay for youth events and trips. IMPACT Fundraising is a Minnesota company and has been in business for over 20 years, hosting over 200 fundraising events a year with teams, churches, schools, businesses, and other non-profits. Most groups make between $3-15,000 in a matter of hours. Finding a fundraiser that delivers the most reward versus time spent is key. IMPACT leads the industry here with outstanding results. Many hands make light work and with this program as kids, parents and coordinators give it their all it is always successful.
How does the fundraiser work?
It’s a discount card program where every seller receives an envelope with 20 cards at the Pep Rally on Feb 19th, 2020. Participants are trained and asked to sell as many cards as possible for 2 weeks to family, friends, and neighbors prior to the Blitzes on Saturday, March 7th and 14th, 2020 from 8:30am-1:30pm. A lot of people like buying these cards because they provide substantial value compared to the cost. The card cost $20.00 but all the coupons are unlimited for an entire year!
After the 2 weeks of selling to family, friends, and neighbors there will be two Blitzes, a 4-hour selling event, on a March 7th and 14th to go door to door and sell as many cards as possible. More cards are always available. Upon arrival to the Blitz will be the check-in of pre-sales and the re-stocking envelopes. Even if you are unable to make it to the Blitzes you are still able to sell individually.
Drivers will be needed on Blitz days. Please let me know if you are able to volunteer! Ideally, 1 driver for every 3 sellers is optimal. Drivers will choose an area, sign out a map and will be contacted on the hour to track the fun competition. Each car is a team as there is a friendly competition to see what car comes in first with most cards sold. With incentives to be the car with the most sales.
A blitz is a group selling event in which the group is split up into teams of three to four sellers. Each team will go into a designated area and sell for 4 hours. The seller will earn $10.00 per card sold. This money will be put into a student account at the church the youth is able to use for youth group events.
On average sellers have sold 10-20 cards during the blitz earning $100 to $200 dollars. Some sellers have been known to sell 100 cards and make $1,000 (this includes blitzes and selling on their own). One is able to make as much as the energy and commitment they put into it. This event encourages teamwork, group competition, lots of fun and most of all less money for the parents to spend!

*** The youth are responsible for the cards they receive at the Pep Rally and need to return any unsold cards along with the money raised by March 14th or the youth/parent will need to cover the cost of the lost cards/money.
This event encourages teamwork, group competition, lots of fun and most of all less money for the parents to spend. There will be cash prizes for everyone and Grand Prizes for top sellers if you sell over 50 cards. $150 for 1st place, $100 for 2nd place and $50 for 3rd place. We are asking parents for their support, enthusiasm, and participation if possible. This will maximize this opportunity. Thanks for all you can do.
