Transportation to and from Zephyr

All students will meet at the church on Friday Night and we will provide transportation to and from Camp Zephyr at 6:30 on Friday Night and at 8:45 Sunday Morning.
My student has to come late

While we are not allowing students to come and go as we have in years past, we are allowing students to come late Friday Night.

However if your student Cannot make it to the church by 6:30 on Friday Night you are responsible for proving transportation for your student who will then have to do a COVID screening in the Camp Zephyr office.
COVID-19 Precautions

When students arrive on Friday Night we will take their temperature and ask them health questions related to the virus. Upon getting the all clear they are then allowed to get dinner and join their small group.

We will do the same screening on Saturday Morning. If a student fails the Saturday Morning screening we will have to isolate them in a room while they wait on you to pick them up.
My Student is feeling sick

While this breaks my heart, because of the current pandemic we cannot allow your student to attend Disciple Now 2021. Please be monitoring your student's temperature and general health in the days leading up to Disciple Now.
Refunds related to COVID-19

This year we are only issuing refunds related to COVID-19. If your student falls ill and you contact Micah to cancel by 9:00pm Thursday evening you will be issued a full refund.

If a student fails the test on Friday Night, you will be issued 50% refund.

If a student fails the test on Saturday Morning you will be issued a 25% refund.

Who are the leaders?

This year we are blessed to have Ana Escobedo and Kennidi Andrews return to lead two of our girls small groups.

We are also very excited to have Joely Diaczenko, Isaac Escebedo, Ryan Lohan and Grant Miller lead with us for the first time.

Please be in prayer for these wonderful leaders.

2. A colorful sweatshirt for Impostors Game (Saturday Night)
3. Money for Union House Band Merch; including CDs, Shirts and hats
4. Money for Camp Zephyr Snack Shack
5. All medicine must come in a baggy with the student’s name on it with a note describing when the medication must be taken

Cell Phone policy: There will be times throughout the main sessions where students will be encouraged to use their phone. However, they are not allowed during small group time (even if you are just using the Bible App) and if they ever become a problem, they will be taken up by their small group leader and not returned until Sunday morning (when DNow ends).

Disciple Now 2021
February 26 - February 28LOCATION: Camp Zephyr
Due to COVID-19 Disciple Now will be a little different this year. In order to have a great and responsible weekend of discipleship in a time of uncertainty we will have Disciple Now at Camp Zephyr this year.

We will do screenings of all adults and students entering our "bubble" and ask for students to stay upon arrival. Typically we allow students to leave and come back for extracurricular activities. Unfortunately that defeats the purpose of the bubble. We will allow students to come later on Friday, but they will need a ride to Zephyr and they will be required to be screened upon arrival.

Saturday Morning and Evening we will do a temperature check of all students and adults.

Refunds WILL be issued for COVID-19 related absences.

We generally try to make Disciple Now as economic as possible, however because we will be at a camp ground DNow prices will be more this year than in years past.
