Balloon Visits
This week Dane will be visiting the 11th graders and sharing a fun balloon this week. So far these visits have been well received from students. Dane has been able to see quite a few students when he visits but if he can't connect with a student, he hangs the balloon on their front door with a note on the balloon. Next week it might be your week!
Lent Practices on Social Media
For the season of Lent we are providing daily practices that are short and can be added to any schedule. It is our hope that students and adults alike will allow some time to reflect and spend time with God during this season. When we begin a practice and do it consistently, it turns into a rhythm. Each day at 6:30pm a new practice will post on our Instagram and Facebook pages. Join us in these Lenten Practices.
Love the City: missions
Saturday, March 13 we will be at the headquarters for H.O.P.E (Help Our People Eat) as we prepare food bags and produce boxes for needy families in our area. H.O.P.E works tirelessly to help provide healthy food for families in the Winston-Salem area. We will work from 9:30am-11:30am. Everyone needs to provide their own transportation to and from the facility and parents are welcome to stay and help or simply hang out. Masking and social distancing are required for everyone. Wednesday Nights in March
March is coming soon and we are hoping to welcome some spring weather into our lives. We will get back into the rhythm of the first Wednesday of the month being Unplug (outside), and the second Wednesday of the month being a missional activity (outside). We hope you will consider these being part of your Wednesday plans.
Spring Retreat- March 26-28
We are moving into new territory with our first Spring Retreat and it is approaching quickly. This retreat is the re-scheduled fall retreat from 2020. We are excited about the weekend and believe it will be a powerful time to be together. Almost all gatherings will be outdoors (weather permitting). Health and safety guidelines will be followed, like masking, social distancing, hand washing, etc. More details and to sign up.

Join us for a time to take a deep breath and relax. Take a moment to be in person with people (with masking). Enjoy playing some simple games and taking a break from the computer, school, work, and the craziness that life can bring.
Wednesday Missions

We will meet at the church and look to do a missional activity at the church or in the Ardmore Neighborhood.
Volunteering with H.O.P.E
