Grades 9-12: would you like to serve in Fairbanks, Alaska, June 17-23?

You can sell Heggies Pizzas to help raise funds for your trip! Orders are due Wednesday, October 26, and you will pick up your pizzas about 5pm on Thursday, November 10. Find the order sheet in the Forms section at the bottom of this page.

Guys Group - Christian faith and the art of car maintenance...what does 1 have to do with the other? Join us in the BSLC parking lot Tuesday, October 11, 6:30-8pm, to find out!

Girls Group - will meet Sunday, October 30, 5:30-7:30pm at the Sonnek home for a movie & game night! Bring $3 for pizza plus a small side or dessert to share. Please RSVP to Natalie at 612-423-4633.

Reality Apologetics - One of our 10th grade youth is going to attend "Reality," a student apologetics conference, November 11-12 here in Minneapolis. You can find more info here. Let me know if you'd like to attend so I can get you connected with others from Beautiful Savior!

Family Retreat Weekend is January 6th-8th at Camp Omega (just south of Minneapolis) and is for all kinds of families with all ages of kids.  If you are a single parent, a blended family, or a grandparent, it's for you!  If you have preschoolers, elementary kids, or middle or high school youth - or any mix - it's for you!  If you are a two parent household, and one only parent can make it, it's for you, too!

 

There are multiple housing options and price points to fit your family (first come, first served on the brand new hotel rooms!), and activities galore for kids and parents.  There will be winter fun, from snow fort building to broomball to a snow tubing hill with tow rope, campfires, and indoor options like arts and crafts and games.  We will have intentional time for you to make memories with your family, and to connect with other families.  There's also time for parents to get away (while kids play with camp staff!) into adult only sessions where we dig into what's going on in your child's physical, spiritual and emotional development, and how you can best reach them at this phase in their life.
