On Friday April 18th, following our Good Friday service (6:30-7:30p), the student ministry will take over the church for a glow in the dark Easter egg hunt. Prizes, games, and snacks. The event will run from 7:30-9p. Be sure to sign your student up today!

BYI is for students who were in the 7th – 12th grade in the 24/25 school year. Below are the steps you need to take to sign up your student. Camp cost is $315 per student ($290 if registered and paid by May 1), but Aldersgate covers $145 of your student’s registration fee.  

BYI Registration Steps:

1- Click HERE for BYI Camp Registration

2- Click REGISTER

3- Then select “JOIN A GROUP,” at the bottom of the page. 

4- Select “MARION ALDERSGATE CHURCH” as your group and use the passcode “2203”. Again, select “JOIN A GROUP”

4- Next to Early Bird Attendee on the drop-down menu select $145 for each student attending and hit +1 to register your student for BYI. 

5- Hit CONTINUE and complete the registration page. Once you have completed the form and submitted payment, you will receive an email to virtually sign the permission form. Please complete that as soon as you receive it.

Beulah Bible Camp is for students who were in the 4th – 6th grade in the 24/25 school year. Below are the steps you need to take to sign up your student. Camp cost is $250 per student ($225 if registered and paid by May 1), but Aldersgate covers $112.50 (half of early bird) of your student’s registration fee.

4- Select “MARION ALDERSGATE CHURCH - Clint Benesh” as your group and use the passcode “8120”. Again, select “JOIN A GROUP”

4- Next to CAMPER REGISTRATION on the drop-down menu select $112.50 for each student attending and hit +1 to register your student for Beulah Bible Camp. 

5- Hit CONTINUE and complete the registration page. Once you have completed the form and submitted payment, you will receive an email to virtually sign the permission form. Please complete that as soon as you receive it.

Are you looking for one last family activity before school starts???

The student ministry has received 100 tickets (8 of which are ADA seating) from the St. Louis Cardinals for the August 11th game against the Colorado Rockies. We are going to do what we did last year and give out tickets to students/families that can carpool up. 

We are in section 268 rows 9-13 & row 14 ADA. It is along the 3rd baseline in the out field. HERE is a map to the ballpark. 

If your household signs up and you have an extra seat or two and would be willing to adopt a student into your family for the day please let me know. We want to make sure all students are able to attend. 

These tickets will be first come first served. Please give me a head count when you respond. Also, let me know if you need access to the ADA seating.
