It's the start of a new school year and that means back to weekly schedules and routines! That sounds peaceful and settling at first, but with students, in your house that schedule is about to get PACKED! Getting everybody out of the house and off to school, sports practices, homework routines, carpooling, time with friends, study groups, class projects and so much more is going to be competing for your time as a parent. And amidst all the busyness of parenting a student, there are the weightier issues of teaching your student about faith, helping them learn boundaries and working through all the difficulties of adolescence.
During these teenage years Granger Student Ministries (GSM) wants to come alongside not just your students, but you as well. We want to keep you in the loop of what GSM is doing to help your student grow in their faith. We want to encourage and support you as you navigate these years. We want to provide you with resources and tools that are helpful for the stage of parenting you are in.
This monthly newsletter will help highlight important dates for upcoming GSM events as well as offering some great insights through articles. And you can always find out all the details of what's going on in GSM at GCCwired.com/students. You'll also find links to some great online parenting resources there.
Thanks for the trust you place in us to step into your student's life and encourage them in their faith journey. We are with you and for you!
