10/29 Death By Dodgeball
11/2 Worship, Huddles

It's almost time for HYG's annual Death By Dodgeball!! Grab a team, choose a theme, and sign up! Even if you don't plan to play, come cheer on your friends!

Every time we gather for Huddles or The RISING, we prioritize being in God's Word. It's one of the best ways that we get to grow closer to the One who made us. While it's convenient that many of us have access to a smart phone that has an app just for the Bible, the experience of reading from a screen pales in comparison to the connection we have with the Word of God when we flip through pages. It can also start to feel like just another app or social media platform that we skim through to have a basic understanding without truly diving into the deep transformation for which it was intended.
With that being said, we want to challenge everyone to start bringing paper Bibles on Sunday mornings! If you don't have a Bible, here is a LINK TO BUY ONE! This is the exact Bible that Eric preaches from on Sunday mornings, so it's easy to follow along!

Out of the Shadows: A Hopeful Talk About Pornography
WEDNESDAY NIGHT CLASS SERIES FOR ADULTS meeting November 5th, 12th, and 19th. This class is for men and women, singles, young adults, parents & grandparents. Given the prevalence of pornographic use and addiction, we all have someone in our life struggling now, or who will struggle in the future. So, the class is NOT just for those using pornography. It’s for anyone who wants to help others (including their children) to stay free or find freedom.
This class is NOT for teens, but there may be a version of the class for teens at a later date!
